We love the evenings where we cook for our guests and sit around our big dining table in Salon Bleue or in the garden, enjoying home cooked local food and fantastic wine from nearby Saint Pourcain. But we also know our limitations, so we are cooking for guests only on Sunday and Monday where we know it can be difficult to find open restaurants in our area. If you want to join dinner we need to know at least the day before.
We are cooking with the seasons, simple but good using ingredients from our vegetable garden when possible and other fresh local ingredients. We normally have a main course and after that cheese where most of it is coming from a fabulous organic goat farm Le Ch'ti Cabri very close to us and finishing the dinner with one of Edith's delicious desserts. In the wine cellar you can choose quality wine from our wine partners in Saint Pourcain .
On Friday the local pizza car is stopping in our village, and we coordinate ordering and picking up pizza for our guest, and we are lucky that he is making good pizza. On other days we either offer a planche with cheese and charcutterie or suggest our guests to visit some of our excellent local restaurants. Please note that all these restaurants are busy so please book well in advance to secure your table....
